In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the outcome of your project, we will make reasonable corrections and corrections as necessary, all corrections and refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the right to reject an amendment request if the client changes the requirements from which it was originally requested. If the edited images follow the same standard value as the approved sample image, Iretouchings will not be able to return that order. We understand that sometimes things change beyond our control, so we may be able to adjust the pictures to meet your needs at a lower cost. Any modifications made as part of our quality guarantee are without the prior approval of Iretouchings or its affiliates. Payments for quotes can be purchased directly from Iretouchings. If the customer has downloaded their images and is unable to provide a valid reason for the dissatisfaction, no refund will be provided.
